Capacity Building

If more and more people are going to choose community employment, what can be done to assist providers and coaches to improve and refine their skills and increase their capacity to support the growing number of people who will require community employment supports? Helping to increase resources and focusing on ways to make employment a reality for more people is the charge of this workgroup.
